Welcome to the 19th annual Sproul 10k/5K
A 10K run through the mountains of Sproul State Forest. It's 3 miles uphill to the top of McCloskey Mountain, and then a blistering 3.7 miles down to the finish. Expect vistas, stream crossings, and technical single track. Well-known as one of the toughest 10k’s in PA. We also offer a 5K version of the race for those looking to get a taste of the sport of trail running here in central PA. Both distances are part of the 2026 Rocksylvania Trail Series.
